- Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, including outreach to new, inactive, or marketing-engaged contacts.
- Clarify customer needs, provide information, and communicate requests internally and externally.
- Meet or exceed quarterly targets while increasing product awareness and market reach.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Sales Teams to optimize lead conversion and plan future marketing activities.
- Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and gather market intelligence from customer feedback.
- Support exhibitions, seminars, and global projects by handling materials, attendee documentation, and inquiries.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Readiness to work on a civil contract (25-40 hours per week).
- Willingness to work flexible hours (occasionally up to 10pm) depending on business clients and their time zones.
- Sales/Tele sales experience will be a benefit.
- Strong communicational skills, polite and business professional etiquette.
- Highly organized and service-oriented way of working.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally based project team members.
- Very good knowledge in MS Office applications preferred.
