Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technologist to join our team at NUTRICIA Zakłady Produkcyjne. In this role, you will support our food production processes by co-developing systems, optimizing procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Integrated Work System (IWS)
• Prepare documentation and validations to support technological process improvements
• Plan and conduct technological trials
• Assist the production department in investigations and corrective actions for process issues
• Develop and update technological documentation, recipes, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate in setting quality-related goals
• Analyze processes and lead initiatives to reduce material waste and improve production efficiency
• Participate in and initiate projects focused on process improvement

Qualifications

• University degree in Food Technology, Industrial Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Microbiology, or Biology
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technologist in the food industry
• Good knowledge of Polish and EU food law regulations and food quality management systems
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
