Position: Regulatory Affairs Intern
Location: Warsaw, Bonifraterska 17 (with a stunning view from the 18th floor! 🌇)
Duration: Minimum 1 year, with outlook to continue the cooperation in the future
Availability: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible approach letting you combine your studies and work experience 🕒
Work Style: Hybrid after successful onboarding – mix office vibes 💼 and remote flexibility 🏡!
Contract Type: Contract of Mandate, with hourly rate 💰
Team: you will be working withing Regulatory team across several European countries (Poland, Sweden, , UK) 🌍reporting to Regulatory Manager based in Poland
Who You Are:
- A third or fourth-year student studying chemistry, biochemistry, agriculture, economics, or administration 🧑🎓
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and native Polish – both languages are a must!
- You know how to deal with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint 💻
- Curious and resourceful with a passion for research 🔍
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a structured mindset 🧠
- A natural collaborator who enjoys connecting with teams and sourcing important documents 🤝
- Oriented on finding solutions
What You’ll Do:
- Enter the world of Regulatory systems and databases 📊
- Create, review product documents like artworks, SDS etc.📝
- Engage with our sourcing team to gather essential documentation from our vendors 📄
