Position Description

-You are responsible for driving sales revenues, budgets and forecasts to meet and exceed sales targets of our Immune Response portfolio (QuantiFERON®) by managing and coaching a network of commercial partners

-You deliver key performance indicators and revenue forecasts for the sub-regions and the area, identify short, middle and long term trends and opportunities/risks.

-You make sure to pprioritize our business expansion through clinical demand generation towards physicians from diverse fields : gastroenterology, pediatricians, TB specialist.

-You organize trainings and will be a speaker at conferences and symposiums in conjunction with local distributors and perform presentations of our products and technologies

-You support the implementation of national/international guidelines at hospitals or regional level with clinicians committees and drive the demand generation by expansion of the tests prescriptions by clinicians

-You are customer focused and maintain and develop relationships with key customers and regional/national KOLs

-You work in a cross matrix environment with Marketing, Customer Care, Medical Affairs and Field Applications teams to maximize market share and end-users support

-Ensure effective communication across business units you organize meetings and refine communication channels

-You prepare deep analyses of the territories under your responsibility (Balkans, Greece, Romania, Baltics, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary,…) and formulate short and long term strategy recommendations to expand product sales and footprint

-You work at the intersection of laboratory and pharmaceutical worlds by advocating a solution performed in laboratories while the volume of tests is being driven by clinician prescriptions

Position Requirements

-Willingness to travel internationally up to 75% including overnight stays in Eastern Europe/Central Asia

-You hold a degree in a scientific field such as pharmacy, biology, biochemistry or biotechnology with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science or an equivalent experience

-You have a strong sales background in the field of Pharma or Clinical Diagnostics and with at least 3 years of experience of indirect sales you acquired the knowledge of relevant markets and have clinicians as your main stakeholders

-You experience/knowledge of relevant laboratory techniques such as Chemiluminescence tests and ELISA tests

-You have a deep knowledge of national networks and extensive experience with national healthcare system and policies

-You are known for being an excellent communicator in English across departments and hierarchies; Russian or another Eastern European language is a plus

-Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders such as Specialists doctors, public health institutions from Physician Associations to Ministry of Health
