Position Summary

Own Brand Strategy for the market. Define and drive country-specific brand strategy for Rare Disease. Drive Rare Disease products growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in the country.


Responsibilities

  • Provide local insights and brand feedback to Managers.
  • Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs; define local priorities for a brand.
  • Select best-fitting modules from Global Content; translate and trans-create brand materials as needed.
  • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project).
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards targets.
  • Allocate and execute in-country brand budget.
  • Lead cross-functional brand activities – across Field Force, Account Management, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, etc.
  • Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization.
  • Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes.
  • Serve as a mentor for more junior marketing positions.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master's degree or MBA desired.
  • Expertise in:
    • Marketing, customer and competitor insight.
    • Marketing execution.
    • Strategic and operational business/marketing planning.
    • Data analysis, interpretation, and communications.
    • Performance and program metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration/negotiation, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Work Location Assignment: Hybrid.
