POSITION SUMMARY

We look for a seasoned Marketing Manager to own Brand Strategy for the market.
Define and drive country-specific brand strategy for Vaccines.
Drive vaccines products growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide local insights and brand feedback to Managers.
  • Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs.
  • Define local priorities for a brand.
  • Select best-fitting modules from Global Content; translate and trans-create brand materials as needed.
  • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project).
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards targets.
  • Allocate and execute in-country brand budget.
  • Provide cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Account Management, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, etc.
  • Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization.
  • Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes.
  • Serve as a mentor for more junior marketing positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of pharma marketing experience.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree; PhD or MBA desired.

  • Marketing, Customer and Competitor Insight.
  • Marketing Execution.
  • Strategic and Operational Business/Marketing Planning.
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and communication.
  • Performance and Program Metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration/negotiation, and prioritization skills.
  • Vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
